Ayurveda Remedy for Cough & Colds:

According to Ayurveda, colds are a Kapha and vata disorder and the best herbal remedy for overcoming them is ginger. There are many concoctions you can make using ginger, all of which would be useful, but the following is my choice as it is one that tastes good, so even your kids won't mind taking it.

Mix 1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder, with enough honey to make a paste in a tablespoon. Then take by licking slowly. The ginger will help soothe the cough and cold, the honey will help the throat and the turmeric will act as an antiseptic. It is the medicine of choice at my house :-).

Another variation which is also excellent for cough and colds, is to take the same portions of ginger powder, turmeric powder and a teaspoon of honey in about 2 ounces of hot water, as the last thing before sleeping. This is also a very effective remedy.

Yoga Remedy for Colds:

To help fight off colds and better still, to help prevent them in the first place, practice Kapalbati Pranayama. This pranayama is one of the best ways to boost your health and immune system. It also generates heat in the body to offset the Kapha/Vata imbalance and helps clear of system of congestion.

In jun 1995 I decided to run away any where abroad ,Malaysia was my destination. One of my karate student cum friend who was working there offer me to arrange my tour free of cost and promised to arrange work+ work permit in case i make my mind to stay there long to make some money.He also guide and teach me some tact's to overcome the difficulties which i was going to face o on Karachi airport by F.I.A.,after a few days discussion with my friend i bought may ticket to Singapore, a bucket full of dreams on my head i was on the way to Malaysia. My journey start from Islamabad Airport to Karachi,after approximately 45 minute i was on Karachi airport siting in launch waiting for my next flight to Singapore via Delhi(India) which was 7 hours late, that was the most critical hours of my life,the suspicious looking style of F.I A's police men's make my self suspected, I recall all jams bond movies one by one but couldn't find a hero who have resemblance with me even there was not a side hero like me(because in jams bond movies the roll of side hero mostly reserved for his heroins ), the mysteries looking way of F.I.A police realized me worries of my experienced friend, once he told me " If on Karachi airport the F.I.A. police let you go without investigation no policeman on any airport around the world will stop you for investigation or any question" my friend was right, anyway i cleared by F.I.A. and after a long journey reached on Singapore airport we was three persons who start this journey the other two was depends on me because i was the only person among them who can speak English {Off course broken English} (Broken English is a very good movie about a man who wants immigration to Australia) So both of them was bound to obey my order this was our first experience to abroad and all three of us very excited and overwhelm.

At last the plane landed on Singapore airport we get out of aeroplane along with other passengers we collect our bags and walk toward immigration officers desk, there was several windows for International passengers I select one where lady officer was sitting (my friend told me the ladies officer show cartasy to international passengers if he looks a bit handsam ) I give my passport she look on my picture and then to my face i tray to place a smile on my face meanwhile try to control my abnormal breath and fear to be deported,I tried to look confident , how much money you have she questioned me,each of us have 1000 US$'s traveler checks, i point my finger toward my friends who was enqueue behind me, and put my valet on counter she a glance with beaten hart to custom counter they bring out 24 pack of cigarettes and questioned me "You bring these to sale here?" . No, not at all I smoke this brand and my friend told me about the bad taste of local brand , so i prefer to keep cigarettes with me.I replied ," never mind pay a custom for your good taste" he smiled.I paid custom with a broken heart and calculate the price of my cigarettes packs its original rate was Rs.35/- for a packet of 20 cigarette and after paying a have custom its cost increase three time, Rs.110/- per packet anyway we exit

The KORAN (Arabic name QUR-AN means "The Recital")For Muslims it is the infallible word of God,a transcript of a tablet preserved in haven,revealed to the prophet Muhammad (pbuh)by the Angel Gabriel.Except in the opening verses and some few passages in which the prophet or the Angel speaks in the first person, the speaker throughout is GOD.The posthumous son of Abdullah bin Abd al-Muttalib of the tribe of Quraysh, Muhammad was born in Makkah about the year A.D 570.It was the habit of Muhammad (PBU) to retire to a cave named "cave HE-RA" in the mountains in order to give himself up to solitary prayer and meditation, one night in Ramadan about the year 610,as he was asleep or in a trance,the Angel Gabriel came to him and said: "Recite!" Muhammad (PBU) replied: "What shall I recite?" The order was repeated three time,until the Angle himself said: "RECITE IN THE NAME OF YOUR LORD WHO CREATED, CREATED MAN FROM CLOTS OF BLOOD." "RECITE! The Koran preaches the oneness of God and emphasizes divine mercy and forgiveness. God is almighty and all knowing,and though compassionate towards His creatures He is stern in retribution. He enjoins justice and fair dealing,kindness to orphans and widows,and charity to the poor.
All the Muslims know which i wrote above but most of them don't know which i am going to write down, a few days ago i received a SMS ,in which a friend of mine inform me about the distribution of the fake Koran in Kuwait and he also mentioned the link under which a fake Koran under the name of "The True Furqan" is available on the net who is behind this scheme,this is a open secret,Yes Definitely fundamentalist Jews and Christian are behind this crime, they are attempting to do some thing big against Islam for fourteen hundred years but could not achieve their goal,in future also they couldn't achieve by the grace of Almighty Allah, because He promised to take care of Koran himself.
I don't want to write here the link of this site because the people are so intelligent they can find the site himself without link, I don't want to be a source to spread this link.After this sentence its looks ridicules to write a blog but being a bit informed Muslim, I feel its my duty to aware the Muslims, about this filthy plan of Jews and Christian against their holly book, because they proclaimed them self "Enlighten People" and used the term of "fundamentalist" for Muslims,so my purpose was show their enlightens to those Muslim thinkers who defend them on every stage.Very soon i will publish my blog about the reasons of War against Iraq why Bush deiced to Kill SADDAM HUSSEIN even he dislike Iran more then Iraq but USA still had not made up his mind to attack Iran.what was the fear behind this war?.You want to know? .........wait for my next blog.......

IT'S TIME TO WAKEUP !

These days peoples are using the term of Moderate Muslim and Extremist Muslim I want to contribute some word on the topic to show the right angle of the picture.In fact Muslims don't have any concern with moderation or extremism,in Pakistan there is three kind of Muslims (The rest of Muslim world have there own problems but we are facing another type of problem and I always mentioned it to my friends as the problem of communication if we got a sincere leader we can cop with the problem.
1. Logical Muslims
...a). Eliot Class Logical Muslims
...b). Middle Class Logical Muslims
2. Illogical Muslims
3. Silent Muslims (Which are actually Confused Muslims)

1.a).The people's who belong to the first group are the people who got an opportunity to uplift and settled them selves and their families in early sixties now a days, they are called "Eliot Class" the class which born to rule the people of Pakistan. (I call them Brahman's of Pakistan)The problem is it they have no awareness about every day difficulties faced by a common man, indeed they never hear about having no meal for one day so they don't know the effect of hunger faced by a street man.The ground reality is not matched with the information they equipped by their "best men's".Their children's got best schooling system in America or Europe,They even preferred to eat Macdonald and KFC food instead of Chappati and curry because of their mental association with their English Lords,Most of them have dual Nationality they involved in dirty corruption to make money for them and their belongings (I named them GLUTTONS).Their children's overrule the law and feel proud to do this.These are the people who always want to fallow America and Europe in every aspect of life.Eliot Class have no concern if rest of 95% people don't have resources to live a smooth life, they don't bother at all, so what if there is No electricity, No Water,No Wheat flour, No money in National reserve, Industry is almost dead, Judiciary is not working,this is not their problem because their problem is only search a way to convert National reserves into self reserves and this is the cause that they hold one from first five positions when some one make a list of reach person's of Pakistan. Why? they hold this position because they did their best to convert the "National reserve into Self reserve" they think LOGICALLY about the life and logic guide them to take advantage from the seat no body know when a Army officer deceive and every thing finished he lose the opportunity to make money.That,s why you will find them any time ready to take any step which could bring wealth and leisure in their life's .Making money is their first priority and they have cross every limit in this way even the limits their religion put forward to earn money, I mean them sense of Halal and Ha-ram.Because they have a safe way to run with their money with the help of Swiss bank account and dual nationality.
1.b). In general public the peoples who feel proud to use the Term of "Self Made" for their self, belongs to the Middle Class Logical group.These are the peoples which belongs to the Middle class or Medium class or Moderate people, Usually the peoples who belongs to this group are who which are the co-workers of Eliot Class Logical Muslims or working in their organizations under their kind supervision and with the passage of time groomed and flourished as a logical person,they learn this logic some time as a fashion,or want to make happy their boss or to mix and mingle with the Eliot Class in get to gather parties. Its a matter of fact that actually they belongs to poor families some how got res enable education and after getting a degree every one of them have a dream to sit in the civil service's examination and become a civil servant.(They don't want to become a Public servant but want to be the servant of Eliot Class)After getting a power full seat they make way for the Eliot Class to make money and get a shear these two groups survive because of each other. This class is known as bureaucracy. This is the class because of whom the Eliot Class got a chance to make a term Moderate Muslims,because they are not belong to their group but like to adopt their fashion and life style.
3. Illogical Muslims
This is the group which is a threat to rest of World as they assumed or the media show them, They lived very simple life even some European and Asian so called intellectual not consider them civilized, but it's not a fact , I considered them most civilized people of the earth in living time because if a American lady accept Islam because of their behavior then what leave behind to discuss.I am not going to blame America about Guantanamo, but being a citizen of a world's first class civilized country every American have some question in his mind and these questions help to make ground for new president of USA Mr.Barack Obama.The most logical people of the world establish this group of Illogical people used them against USSR and after leave them ab-ended.That highest productive period give them a chance to establish as AL-Qaeda.There was no agreement between Muslim fighter,(Mujahidin) and USA which should fallow by each of them if there was any it must be between USA and I.S.I because I.S.I was handling the operation and mujahidin.When I.S.I make plan to gathered Mujahidin from the various Muslim countries around the world I.S.I used the tact of disinformation and propaganda.Mujahidin was gathered on the name of jihad but they keeps blind by the USA backing and help for this war,they was cheated in other way too,when they arrived they have a respect for Pakistan as a jihad promoter, Pakistani Government was their idle Muslim Government which have a deep concern with the condition of Muslim around the world as they assumed.They was gathered in Afghanistan on the name of jihad passionately none of them think about go back they was there for a death game,the Afghanistan was the station from where the could got "Train to Haven".They never think the ending they faced and when the game over and the come to know the truth, the truth of being cheated, they turn against Pakistani government and Army but they just keep themselves shut up till turned in a nightmare and then Talban after the Lal Masjid (Read Mosque) Operation move ahead with suicide mission and openly turned against the Pakistan and Punjab even though the common Punjabi respect and love them but now the Talbans also think like USA policy makers "if you are not with us you are against us".Talban's want agitation against Government of Pakistan by Punjabi's but the Punjab is still silent.
3. Silent Muslims.
This is the group which is the responsible for all crimeS in Pakistan,because of keep silence. Eliot Class and bureaucracy are crept because of the lethargy of this group.This LETHARGIC group of Pakistani Muslims have a selfish helplessness behavior about their rights they bluffed again and again but this shameless group not come out from their passiveness (I am also one of them.....I fell pity on myself).
The day will come when the Punjab will wake up against the Injustice of Eliot Class, Bureaucracy and political system that day will be our INDEPENDENT DAY.
